Are you giving yourself the best chance to be inspired, to be motivated? We all have bad habits. We all can do better for ourselves in many ways. Get Good Sleep
Many of us stay up too late watching TV or scrolling through social media or other internet offerings. All this does is make us start our day tired and irritable. That’s not in any recipe for success. If you don’t get enough sleep, you can’t focus, your mood suffers and your ability to interact effectively with coworkers will be compromised.
Give yourself a chance by committing to a bedtime routine that gives you a good eight hours of sleep, or however much time you’ve determined is adequate for you. Happy quotes are no substitute for good sleep!
Exercise and Eat Well
You are what you eat. Garbage in, garbage out. There are lots of sayings about this. Enjoy your treats now and then, but eat a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables. Exercise is not only good for your body — it’s also good for your mind. Exercise is a good stress-reliever and it will give you more energy throughout the day.
Also, when you exercise, your brain releases a group of hormones that make you feel good physically and mentally. Starting off a work day full of energy will make you better able to meet your daily challenges.

Be aware of your body language. Stand up and sit up straight. Maintain eye contact when speaking to others and speak with a clear, audible voice. Maintain personal hygiene and always look your best. Dress for success, as they say. Your company may have a dress policy that allows casual attire. Try to dress a little better than that or at least dress in clothes you like which are flattering for you.
Productivity, good habits, motivation and inspiration all start with you. Find what makes you tick and pursue it vigorously. Maybe you aren’t where you want to be right now, but you can still maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate what a capable, reliable employee you are. This will inevitably lead to better opportunities and even prepare you to leave in pursuit of another positon.
